Battle Ropes – Alternating

Battle ropes are a great, dynamic exercise to add to your training. This exercise will incorporate your core, shoulders, arms, and add a great cardio element to your training. These will work great as a finisher to your training sessions.
NOTE: Do not attempt to perform this exercise if you have back issues, or shoulder problems. If you have had back or shoulder surgery, or even have pain associated with either area, please consult a physician before attempting.
